Palate: Cracked almonds, pepper, malt, floral. Finish of spiciness with lingering sweetness.
Technical: Triple distilled, bourbon cask matured and finished in cognac casks carried across the sea from the worldrenowned cellars of Cognac House. MAURICE own volcanic Trinity Well water is added at the final stage of finishing before bottling, this is a whiskey as unique as the island that inspires it.

The magic of the marriage of three different wood casks come to its splendour when our malts are matured in ex-bourbon, ex-french wine and ex-sherry casks. It embellishes our malt with the finest shade of Amber, whiff of caramelized pineapple, vanilla, hints of black tea, raisins & citrus and subtle nuttiness. The smoothness and flavour linger long after the glass has been put aside.
